Oh, My Goodness!  Thank you Mrs. Dorsey and DCOE staff,  you provided the most beautiful decor for our Wedding and Reception.  Just as my friend who recommended you said you would do, you took the few details that I gave you and transformed the courtyard at The Excelsior Hotel into our personal garden.  The lighted centerpieces in the reception area were so elegant.  We were so pleased with all the added touches that you provided.

Hats off to DE Core of Elegance for a job well done for the decorating of our Church and reception hall.  I, Norvelle Walker sponsored a special Dedication Ceremony (Christening) for my first grandchild, Viola Grace Lalugba, on October 21, 2006. 

The decorations were spectacular as the church was adorned with beautiful balloons that added a touch of class to the decorations in the entry, at the registration table and down the center aisle.  My guests were totally in awe of the artistic creativity displayed by DE Core of Elegance.

After the Dedication Ceremony ended, the guests traveled to the reception.  As each of them entered the building, their eyes focused on the front of the stage area where a beautiful arch was constructed using double bubble balloons affixed to Princess columns on each side.  Each area was decorated with a beautiful balloon centerpiece.  Those areas included the sign-in table, the cake table, the head table, the refreshment table, the food table and another area that would have been otherwise empty.  In any case, the beauty of the room left my guests in total amazement as to how Classic Balloon Décor could enhance and create such a pleasant and elegant atmosphere for a social event such as mine.

DE Core of Elegance is one business that is highly recommended by me because Mrs. Dorsey is hard working, creative, and she labors to serve and please her customers to the fullest.
